关于GE东芝（GE TOSHIBA)更改名称为Ｍomentive的通知

尊敬的客户：
首先, 非常感谢您对我们工作的大力支持！自Momentive Performance Materials成立至今， 我们在全球各个国家的法律实体的更名工作都已经陆续完成。 在大中国区的这项工作正在有条不紊地进行当中. 目前的进展状况如下：
1、下述公司将在2007年4月2日起正式启用新的公司名

为了确保顺利过渡, 我们期望在以下各个方面得到贵公司的大力配合.
1) 在2007年4月2日之前与上述公司签署的销售合约以及相关的法律文件将保持不变
2) 在2007年4月2日以及以后, 在与上述公司签署的所有销售合约以及相关法律文件上将启用新的公司名称
3) 在2007年4月2日或者此后的装船文件将以新的公司名称作为卖方
4) 在2007年4月2日之前，请付款至现有公司帐号，在2007年4月2日或者以后, 所有请支付到新公司名字下，帐号保持不变。
5) 全球范围内， 新的产品包装已经陆续开始启用。 在中国， 我们将根据各个法律实体的更名情况逐步进行变更。 自2007年4月2日开始, 上述公司销售的产品将启用新的产品包装（包括但不限于新的公司名称以及标识）。 原有的库存产品和已经在市场上的旧包装产品将会继续销售。
除上述项目以外，我们在其他方面将保持不变：
1) 公司的经营范围、研发体系、销售体系、服务体系、品质保障体系、售后服务体系均保持不变
2) 公司历年获得的各项知识产权、专利技术、资格证书以及各项荣誉均依法承继
3) 公司历年经营的各项债权债务、合同、对客户的服务承诺均依法延续
4) 公司的管理团队、销售团队、研发团队以及售后服务团队均保持不变
5) 公司的办公地址及联络电话保持不变。

2、GE-东芝有机硅上海有限公司的更名工作预计将在2007年4月完成。 相关信息我们将另行通知。

Dear Customer,
First of all, I would like to thank you for all your great support in our work. Since its establishment last December, Momentive Performance Materias has been in a process of changing the names of its legal entities around the world. So far, the name-changing process has been basically completed. In Greater China, the change has been underway smoothly.
1. The following company is scheduled to use the new names as of April 2, 2007.

We do expect your cooperation in the following fields to ensure the smooth transition.
1) Sales contracts and related legal documents signed with the above company before April 2, 2007 will remain same.
2) Please use the new legal entity name in the sales contracts and related legal documents signed with the above company on and after April 2, 2007.
3) Please note that documents for all shipments happened on or April 2, 2007 will have the new legal entity name as seller.
4) Please use the current bank account information before April 2, 2007. Any funds shall be made payable to the new company, if they are to be paid on or after April 2, 2007. Please use the new legal entity name and bank information will remain same.
5) We are changing the packaging for our products globally, and in Greater China the change is underway. As of April 2, 2007, products from the above company will be provided in new forms of packaging featured by but not limited to the new name and identifies. Existing products in stock or on the market with the old forms of packaging will still be on sale.
